Take theA1M South from Biggleswade. Join the M25 at South Mimms, heading  anti clockwise (West!).

From the M25 leave at J19 clockwise or Junction 20 anti-clockwise.

From Hunton Bridge roundabout on A41 follow Hempstead Road - beware of the speed cameras (A411) towards Watford town centre.

At traffic lights turn right into Langley Way. Turn right at end into Coningesby Drive.

You are strongly advised not to go through Watford town centre - the ring road is the nearest thing to a black hole known to man!
