From Biggleswade take the B1040 towards Potton, go through Potton and Gamlingay on to Elitsley. Briefly join the A428 east bound for approx. 200 yards, take the next left, B1040 signed St Ives. Cross the A1198 at "Kisbys Hut" pub, through Hilton, still on the B1040.

At the junction 26 with the A14, follow the A1096 signed St Ives, follow this road around St Ives, crossing the river. At the roundabout with the A1123, take the B1040 signed Somersham/Ramsay. The ground is half mile on the left.
